Answer: Wukong is a tool for users to improve work efficiency. Wukong will perform intelligent operations within the user’s existing permissions and within the user’s designated device according to the user’s permission configuration. Using Wukong will not lead to corporate data leakage, but when using it, users are advised to comply with the company’s data security and privacy protection related systems to avoid data leakage and other consequences.
Q: Can enterprises check the installation status?
Answer: Hello, it is currently impossible to check which employees within the company have installed Wukong. The DingTalk data permissions in Wukong are consistent with the permissions on DingTalk APP products, and the data permissions are isolated from the human dimension.
Question: How to enable Wukong data permission?
Answer: If you need Wukong to access personal data under the current organization, the login status ** needs to be switched to the enterprise/team, and the Wukong data permissions are enabled. After clicking to apply for permissions, the administrator will receive an approval notification in the [DingTalk Management Assistant]. After the administrator allows access, the DingTalk data under the organization can be accessed through Wukong.
Operation path: [Wukong]-[Settings]-[Data Permissions]-[Apply Permissions] in the lower left corner [Warm reminder]:
- Click [Log out] in the general settings, and after scanning the code again, you can choose to switch to [My AI Team]/Enterprise;
- Regarding the issue of turning off DingTalk data permissions in Wukong, it is still under emergency development. Currently, only enabling DingTalk data permissions is supported. Thank you for your understanding;
- Administrators need to turn on the [DingTalk Management Assistant] notification to receive push approval notifications for application permissions.
