FAQ
Q: Will using Wukong cause enterprise data leakage?
A: No. Wukong is a productivity tool that operates only within the permissions the user already has and on the user’s own device. Without the user’s consent, DingTalk will not use Wukong-related data for other purposes or for AI model training.
Q: Can enterprise administrators prohibit employees from using Wukong?
A: Wukong currently does not provide an organization-level disable switch for admins. Since Wukong does not exceed existing user permissions, enterprise administrators should manage usage through internal governance, data-access controls, device controls, and other IT measures.
Q: How should data be handled when an employee leaves?
A: Because the user is the controller of the Wukong app on their device, they can reset the app before leaving. If administrators are concerned about data permissions, they should reclaim data access and permissions before offboarding according to company policy.
